Wow, it’s amazing what a week off will do for your energy levels. Up at 6.30 in the ante-meridian with no bother or fuss! Normally I drag myself out of bed half an hour before 9am, and even then it’s a struggle.
I must take time off more often.

Slacker! I generally wake up at about 05:48, and I’m out the door by 06:23…..

Ouch. I wouldn’t be able to hack a job like that. I did it for a year and felt that it was time to move on.

NO man, the truth is that you ar ebecoming institutionallised. I used ot have serious insomnia. Litterally, from high school, through university, i slept 3 hours a night, maybe a bit more.
You work the straight and narow Careeer path like was are starting to do, that job will beatthe crap out of your body until you get a new sleep habit.
