Ooooh yeah. I’ve just purchased me1 some tickets to the Basement Jaxx2 gig in Hyde Park, London on the 25th of June. This rates an 8.5 out of a possible 10 on the Excited-Splee-O-Meter. The Jaxx are awesome live.

2. I’m not a fan of their website though. Ugly flash type creation. Eugh.

Damn i’m jealous! I would love to go to a gig like that. Actually i’d love to go to a gig at all. I’ve never ever been. Apart from Jean Michelle Jarr or whatever his name is when i was 13. And it was shit.

Well Southern, why don’t you go? To be honest you don’t even have to love the music. I’ve been to Reading/Leeds festival a few times and I’ve been surprised by some of the live bands who have rocked when I normally don’t care for their music.
Just get a few friends together who like similar music, pick a gig and go. It’s great fun! :D
