my eyes are getting worse by leaps and bounds. i have to get a new scrip every 1-2 years, and now i’ve got a huge pile of old specs in a drawer at home. maybe i should donate them or something.

If you are an employed person and you have to use a VDU as a major part of your work, you are entitled to a free (employer reimbursed) eye test every year. Some companies also offer help with the cost of glasses.

sure is geeky. I have always had good vision, though after years of staring a t a computer screen for my career, i think i need to get the eyes checked out.
