I’m not entirely sure they can be counted as terrorist bombs. More “slightly-fluster-them-with-loud-noises” bombs.
Apparently the there were four devices again, all partially unexploded and because of this there has been only one casualty. More info here.
I’m just glad that these terrorists happened to be monumentally inept.
