Chrome's popup blocking in action
Since I switched to Chrome I'm finding all sorts of little things that make my life a little easier. Look at this dinky little popup block. Perfect. I don't want a big bar at the top of my screen, taking my focus away from the website.

On Windows, you can click and drag that bar into the centre and it drags in the pop-up window, or you can ignore it and it will go away. I've only seen it once on my Linux Chrome, and I don't think it performs the same trick, which is a shame because it's a clever way of handling the little buggers.
